Nintendo do it wrong? Or did they?

Oh the Humanity!
With the recent announcement from retail giant Asda (Britain’s second largest grocer) that it will no longer be stocking Wii U consoles across its 555 retail outlets, it let me to jump in the Blogging world and do another post (debate?).

Where did Nintendo go wrong, if they have gone wrong??!?!?
There have been many articles and forum debates about Nintendo going wrong, from the recycling of the name Wii (confusing consumers?) to the power of the system.

The Wii U launched November 2012, this was awhile before the Xbox One or PS4 were official announced or any kind of system spec released. Casual gamers this day and age understand the power behind their machines, they know what CPU clock speeds are, ram speeds and amount, what a graphic card does etc. I genuinely feel with Nintendo launching their console, before MS & Sony released any kind of details of theirs, Nintendo had the opportunity to boast about the power and spec (compared to current-gen) and lore people in that it’s a beef of a system that will take graphics further (people would have been none the wiser until MS & Sony announced their specs).
The TV commercials left confusion among people too, it basically showed a pair of hands playing with this black brick with a screen on it…”Oh it’s an add-on for the Wii”, no wait.. “It’s a touch screen device that works on the TV…” no wait…..

Wait.. Jazz Hands!

Additionally, perhaps it was just me being half stupid or half a sleep but I never even realised Nintendo had a new console coming or what the Wii U was until about 3 months before it’s release! I randomly saw an article on IGN.com and thought “huh…” and I try keep with the latest news. (Either Nintendo slacked to promote this thing or I was just useless!).
To prove I’m not flaming Nintendo or attempting to provoke everyone against Nintendo, I will just say now - I love Nintendo, Period.
I love what they do, I love what they desire to do and as a company to try new things rather than just whack up the shader quality and pixel count on games (boring!) I mean most of you will shout “MORON!” if I told you what I had to do to get my Wii U, (to prove how devoted to Nintendo I am see small print below!)
(I had to sell my love and soul of vintage computers, Amiga 600 with 20+ boxed mint games, Xbox 360 slim with 5 games, Sega Saturn with deep fear, shinning force 3+ many more & Dreamcast collection!!!!!)

Now with the Xbox One & PS4 coming out, Nintendo have lost the opportunity to sell the system as a hungry house of power to get people excited, now it’s back to what they do best.  The Games, making brilliant, fun games that you never want to trade in because you will always pop them on for an influx of Nintendo love!
Flipping the coin on the other side, when it comes to multi-platform games which system do you buy it for?  i.e. I’ll be getting a PS4 but Watch Dog’s for me is a must have on the Wii U for it’s playability with the Wii U Pad……. Is that a big enough selling point though?

Will things pick up?  I sure hope so and I believe they will with the up coming games (Wonderful 101, Donkey Kong, Mario, Zelda Wind Waker etc). Nintendo are no more part of this ‘Next-Gen’ war, they are unique and should be categorised as an individual… as I know from my gaming perspective that owning a PS4 & Xbox one seems odd…..but owning one of the later & a Nintendo Wii U makes sense, because it’s different in it’s entirety.

Where else did Nintendo go wrong? Or did they go wrong at all? Comments below!

The Power of OUYA!!

It's strange.... it's actually a bit like the Nintendo story.  A company comes along to try something fresh; something new that is risky which potentially could provide us consumers something a little more than the average. Yet critics, consumers (who actually don't own the product at the time) seem to do nothing but look at the bad side or concentrate on the negativity.
The
Original
The Ouya is a power house in the sense of the say so and input players, consumers and anyone in-between have on how the games evolve on the system or which games come out!
Does anyone here recall a game named Liero? (After searching the web, an actual newer version than the one I used to play is out and very popular).

Liero as I remember it, is a video game originally created for MS-DOS which was released in 1998, it was basically a real-time version of worms. Using a choice of five weapons from a total of 40 in a two-dimensional map. Most of the terrain, except for indestructible rocks, may be dug or destroyed by explosions. In addition to the weaponry, each player has a ninja rope which can be used to move faster through the map. This grappling hook-like device substitutes for jetpacks and can even latch onto the enemy worm to drag him closer to his foe (which is actually hilarious)
You and a friend could do 2-player on the same PC (keyboard) which led to many hours of great fun, memories of me and my older brother playing till early hours of the morning and using black op skills to install it on the College systems for playing through lectures…….

Serisouly, this is not me and my brother. I jut thought 2 guys playing Liero with hay stack and pony tails rockeed!

Now I can easily download the new open source PC version and relive my memories but I want one better! I thought this would be a kick arse game on the Ouya, possibly with the addition of 4-player mode and using controllers for some Couch Gaming mayhem! So what did I do?
With no artistic skills, no programming skills (apart from very basic, basic variables) and no other dreamful developer skills, I did the one thing a non-talented gaming geek could do………………….  I hit the Ouya Forums!
You see anyone can visit the forums (here) and discuss games they would love on the Ouya or if you played an Ouya game and want a feature or fix you can post and most of the time the developers will respond!  If they like the idea there is a possibility for it to be added (take Amazing Frog for example, many suggestions are now making their way in the game!).
So I did my post enquiring about the game and without realising an individual named Kevin Dekkers stated it was open source and he could and would get it going on the Ouya, NOW that’s what you call customer satisfaction!
It’s turning out to be more work than originally anticipated, albeit he is still pushing forward!
If you know of Liero and want to help out the original post can be found HERE

What open source games would you love to see on Ouya or just re-made?  Post comments below!

Nintendo Expect Too Much?

awww aren't they cute

When Nintendo announced the support of the Wii-Motes on the Wii U I was pretty excited. You see I bought my Wife the Wii with 4x Wii-Motes and the whole Guitar Hero package (Drum, 2x guitars, mic etc) and I rocked out with my Coc.....*ahem*. In fact, that's all it was pretty much used for with the random Wii Fit usage by my Wife.

Come the Wii U... I jump on the early band wagon and pre-order the full lock stock the freaking lot package. I've always been a Nintendo supporter, I just love it how they try something new or different and have big enough balls to mix it up a bit rather than just chucking out a regular HD, shader’s by the sq root of 1040343.1821 pixels, high glory graphics machine with the same old re-hash games (and bless people still moan at Nintendo for attempting stuff other companies won’t).

So with Wii U in hand, booting up Nintendo Land with my friends to find a few games require 4x nun-chucks (that’s fine.. most European house holds might have a few or friends to borrow) and 4x Wii-MotionPlus motes! Look at the statistics and you will see not many people actually own Wii-MotionPlus motes, let alone 4 and after searching it’s pretty hard to find legit adaptors for our current Wii-motes.

Then the much anticipated system seller ‘Pikmin 3’ was shown. It was mentioned for the extremely exciting multiplayer mode, again you need a Wii-Motion Plus controller!!!!

Luckily 5 minutes before I started writing the originally planned article with hatred I. I read this -

Lucky for me or I would have looked silly!
As much as I love Nintendo doing something different, can we take a bit of a break from having so many controllers…the expenditure is getting borderline.  My next question is “Do I now need to hunt down and save up for 4x Motion Plus adaptors or get a mortgage to buy another 4x Motion Plus controllers for future compatibility?”

What do you Guys & Gals own? Already have 4x Wii Motion Plus motes?  Just the standard or are you over dosed by Nintendo accessories (Pro controller, game pad, 4x motes, 4x motion plus, 4x classic pads, 4x nun chucks, 4x game cube controllers….oh the humanity!)

Back in Time! 2005!

Wow I got one of my old colleagues to dig a very old article I wrote... Here it is unedited in true form! And people flame me recently as a Xbox nay sayer because I'm interested in PS4, told you I love Xbox....

The launch of Xbox 360 from Microsoft was coming up and I did not even flatter an eye lid, heck ussally when a new console launches I am the one who MUST have this new machine of gaming. I got to have my hands greased up with the ooze of excitement ready to dabble in the new games and console and screaming how much it rocks even if its the worse thing ever made (memories refers to Atari Jaguar). I had to play it till my thumb was named "XBox Thumb" I had to smell the memory card slot where I call it "The Bill Gates Smell" like the previous Xbox 1. The only problem is I failed at this launch.... or did I?

Don't get my wrong I did infact pre-order a Xbox 360 as soon as we could so instead of writing this I'd be on Xbox live screaming down voice comms "I GONNA HAVE U SUCKER!!!" or teaming up with someone on a sports game to only annoy my partner by repeatly saying "Pass me the ball! you can't handle your own balls let alone this ONE!".
I did the one big mistake and I canceled my pre-order a few months before launch due to A)wanting to upgrade my half burnt out pc made with twigs and b)games line up seem to be more stinky than my breath is on a sunday morning.Skipping ahead of time now the launch happened in the USA and from all the hype! from all the robberys, muggins and camping out that I read really made me want one more than a hot naked model rubbing Vaseline over her self on my bed! It wasen't the games and it wasent because its "NEXT GEN Hi-DEF!!" heck I'm all against Hi def I just want some great gameplay and poo graphics ala Nintendo Revo!
The main thing that had me hooked was all the talk about Xbox 360 LIVE! I wanted to get on and get a great high REP! and be known as WazMeister the ELITE that no one messes with, I wanted to get on with friends in USA and team up on PDZ owning other suckers and trash talking them to the pits of where they snap their head set.

Being the nut I am I still held out on pre-ordering and 10 days later the Europe launch hit us harder than when my dad used to tell me its going to hurt him alot more than me and slap my arse till it was red, raw and sore. Everyone was going frantic over it! Some people said walk in a Supermarket at 12pm and get one with ease! Others was screaming you'r never get one until 2006 unless pre-orderd in september!
I remeber finishing work that day ran in and used my mobile to ring at least 100 companies to see if they was opening at 12pm and have any spare to sell instead of pre-orders, I got some great replies ranging from being laughed at and told to "f**k" off!
I wasent just Wazmeister in my bedroom staring at a desktop wallpaper of 360 tempting to stroke it hell no I was now a MAN ON A MISSION to hunt down a 360 for launch!

With that I grabbed my coat and headed out on the travels to find one with mobile in hand and flip flops on feet.... which then lead to me running in and putting some shoes on, you see with all this 360 excitement it can make a man go crazy and even forget what his wearing. After hours of searching I felt ashamed, upset and close to tears! I felt like I was Arnold against Preditor and I just got beat to a pulp but I kept saying to myself "I might get knocked down but I'll get back up 10x stronger!".
I did not want the night to end without a 360 in my hands but y time all shops closed and it hit about 2am I called it a night and went home to my empty bed to be occpanied by tears.
At 22yrs old I actaulyl felt like crying... I had images of families all warm and cosy in their homes sitting aroun a 360 laughing and being jolly on a game of PDZ blowing out a computer controlled bot's brains and I wanted some of the action.
Days went on and nights became my days in search of a 360 and my work was being affected, I was typing my name as 360 after Regards in e-mails to top directors and lunch times I woulden't eat just to phone more companys to see if more stock has come in yet more laughs, giggles and to be told "You won't get one now till 2006" but each time someone told me that it made me more eager to get one for at least Xmas Day!

Now I know your thinking "Wow 360 is not that great to do the above you utter greasy, geeky, spotty MORON!!!" but it was not just the fact of having a 360 to play but the sheer heck of getting one and proving everyone who laughed at me, told me I woulden't get one till next year and just thouht I was a plain plonker wrong. I wantd to get one in time for xmas to just say to myself "Gutted, have this your sales people! have this MS! and have this your fellow Xbox Livers out there.. I AM GOING TO OWN U!".
To be hoenst none of them really care or even know I exisit or got one but to myself it was the real MISSION, every weekend since launch I kept popping into town to ask each shop with more laughs and jokes it made me more persistant than a turtle trying to get back on its feet.

I started to hold a broken Logitech pad I have for my PC and pretend I was playing 360 arcade games and talking over comms on my mobile phone, I felt really there playing in this community of online console gaming yet still no real 360 sitting next to me where I polished the desk just for when it does come one day.
One thing I did do was check ebay constantly but with the prices being at £800 or so for just a prem on its own was ridicalous! I did not even have £800 and my mission was to get a 360 not to be living on the streets with one paying £800 pounds.
After some thinking and some sweating and then some more thinking with a result of my head hurting I thouht I check a few other ebay sites and one being Germany! Sitting with a online translotor trying to make ense of 360 auctions and converting euros to Pounds I finally saw a light! Prices that were a measly £10 or so pounds more than a Retail over here! And with them being PAL they are exactly same as UK machines but with 2 pin plugs not 3! (Easily fixable).
After spending a whole night translating german people and then finding they speak english in the end (doh!) I found a deal and not any old deal it had a extra wireless pad and a game!
Obivsouly the game will be german and that might give me more fun out of it trying to work out what the dam words mean but still it was a deal well worth my hard earned cash and to have for xmas day!
Sitting with my browser clicking refresh more times than someone clicks the tv remote to find something good it came to the last 3 minutes and I whacked down a bid of 600 euros and I won it at 585 euros!

When it said you have "WON THIS ITEM!" I swear I leaped to the sky screaming my head off, my parents ran up stairs thinking I was being attacked but after they realized why i was screaming they told me I was "mad!" yet I carried on dancing and screaming around my house thrusting against my brother whom is busy playing World Of warcraft and doing molten care I was happily putting him off with my crutch thrusts screaming "YEA YEA TAKE IT! YOU WANT IT? YOU LOVE IT FEEL MY 360!!!!!" which resulted him getting killed and loosing something called Experince?.
After winning I asked the german lad to use paypal and the total cost was 600 euroes which is £400 Uk Pounds which sounds alot but at uk retail the package would of cost me £350 so I paid £50 quid for P&P or looking at another way £50 pounds more than retail.
I was happy I finally got one and could rest from my mission, I felt mission accomplished! I went to work telling people about my new son, my new born MY console which sits next to a german man wrapped up in german paper ready for me!
From being young at school learning german i used to hate it but after winning my xbox I wanted to learn german just to show grattiude to this buy of a console! It shall defo be a memory I'll never forget!.

So here I sit waiting for my 360 to come from germany thats if it ever does I have real paranoia on this buy! Not only that but when it does arrive I've promised myself not to open it till xmas day, why you ask your self?
Well just think not only will I have more excitement built up waiting til xmas day but just image me waking up at 4am in my stinky pants running down stairs and ignoring my stocking on my bedroom floor to just rip open some crisp clean wrapping paper to reveil not only some new Xbox 360 games but a whole new console! Its enough to make me spit on the floor and have my stinky pants become seman stained pants.
So I ask you this, xmas day don't think of turkey!, Don't think of gifts!, heck don't even think of family time but think of me sitting in my bedroom in my stinky, now seman stained pants from excitement logging on Xbox 360 live and rearing to play along side you and against you all while screaming down voice comms "I love you all MERRY XMAS EVERYONE!!!".
Expect to hear about my experinces on Xbox live and my first time playing the 360 soon... But do be careful if you see WazMeister on live be oh so Afraid!!!

Merry Xmas Everyone.

My 'Game' Business Plan

I debated with myself to write a professional business plan providing statistics, evidence and real life examples of how a industry declining could improve. Instead I just wrote the below shoddy article in 5 – 10 minutes…..Enjoy

I'm yet to see the next level when I visit the stores....

Game Retail Limited is a British video games retail company which entered administration on 26th March 2012, a sign of the High Street Shopping decline as internet shopping thrives.
I'm no business analyst but I recall roughly 3 years ago having a discussion with a friend who wanted to invest in shares for the Game retail company, seeing game sales in great growth.  I warned and predicted that video game retailers (such as Game) would not be lasting long and I recall implying that Game would go in to administration within 2 years of our conversation....they lasted roughly year longer (ironically got bought out and are still going after closing 277 of their 609 stores).
With Game still being in action you can notice the small subtleties they've made to push their brand towards being more open to gamers. Their online store has exclusives and more options (i.e. Ouya) and eshop vouchers can be bought which they send instantly over e-mail, a nice little feature us impatient geeks love (I love!). What it does not improve is its gaming stores, the forefront of their brand….the one hot spot to get parents and casual gamers in to buy their kiddies the ‘must have’ titles or possibly the unknown titles.  Game have a lot of stores and I’ve visited plenty and they all give me the same lasting impression, a old school shopping feel and experience that leaves me popping in for 2 minutes looking at their prices and walking out again feeling deflated.

Poor, miserable lighting & decor, mundane music, over stocked pre-owned shelves and nothing eye catching or entertaining. If you ask me (which I know you haven’t or won’t so I’ll take the liberty to continue) for Game to take their brand to the next level the proof is the in the pudding (or title of their business?)  GAME……

Games for the Gamer, Game for the experience, Game for the hell of it.
Turn the stores from a book shelf of games to an experience. I’ve noticed a select few stores now use Twitter to post game news, competitions on their stores but it’s not enough asking people to leave the comfort of their homes to hunt for a “toy” to win something that’s not worth leavening your sofa for let alone the front door……

Why not get the stores jazzed up, easy on the eyes and something attractive to look at?

Have a try before you buy system? Get a nice setup for being able to play games in the store rather than battered old sample systems on a stand that is almost falling over if you breathe on it (rarely are even sample systems in store).  The store becomes an experience, a reason why people want to come in and leave with a little extra.

Get some “Gaming Clubs” started, perhaps a membership required or just the point of enticing people to repeatedly come to the stores for their games. Have a few consoles linked up for a mini LAN and have competitions where people can win in store vouchers (they then use them to buy something in store whilst having to contribute cash towards it….more sales)
One example - Have a nice sized TV in stores, setup some 4 player Mario kart and have people playing throughout the day, make an event of it so locals know of it and purposely visit the store…those passing by will hear the fun, the noise and come in being nosy.  Before you know it, their having a go with their companions and enquiring how much, what is it they are playing….bang possibly another sale?  If not, entice them to come again and play any time!  Eventually they want this experience at home and more games with it.
Have a social feeling to the stores (Brand), maybe in store gaming leagues/ladders? Local teams compete in COD or whatever game with the systems setup in the back, a fee to enter? A prize of in store vouchers and bragging rights…..

Give people a good enough reason to visit the store for their games and they will do so. For interaction or knowing the in store guys or possibly buddies known from hanging in the store will be there for a good old geek chat whilst they pick their game up (a facility online buying can not provide).
When Game do a 00:00 launch at select stores for select products don’t just do a big bang at your key London stores, make it so each store provides again…an experience more than just queuing to get the product. They can just get the product online or cheaper at a supermarket these days, up the Game…no pun intended.

I’m just touching the Ice Berg here of ideas that could be implemented which would be at minimal cost to the business. Why do I care so much? Because I can not imagine a world walking down my local high street to not see a Video Game store or somewhere to dash to for a last minute purchase…but I mostly buy online because there is no experience or point to visit the store (I contradict by not investing in the store??) So I’ll stop here…. And finish off by saying the person never did listen to me regarding stock and did in fact; lose out on all of it.

Black Hole Preview (Ouya)

When I see the words "Black Hole" I instantly think childish innuendos I.e "Smash her back doors in!". Unfortunately I'm not posting about some porn flick and it's just the sick thought process my mind goes through when I see any sentences with the world Hole. Now that's out the way, lets get on with the game review.

Black Hole a game developed by rhellik on the Ouya, it's an arcade dual-stick space shooter, inspired by games like Crimsonland and Super Stardust HD. Whilst I was playing I got a feeling of Geometry Wars, which is not a bad thing, sadly that's one of the few good things I got from my several play throughs.
When the game first boots up it has a quality to it, nice menu, good bit of audio and then you try use your D-pad (which personally I always use for menu's) and it failed to work.
Once you start a new game you have the option of choosing from three different ships to play as, the Hunter as a all rounder for new players, the Falchion which is alot faster and more fun than the Hunter and the Eagle which is slow and sluggish, I advise forgetting about this one and just stick with the Hunter for maximum fun.

In game, the graphics are pretty nice. It's nothing jaw-dropping (what is on the Ouya? it's all in the gameplay!) but the images are pretty neat. The main issue I had with the ships was the movement, it seemed as if it was like a cardboard cut out being moved around on a back drop by someone dragging it with tweezers, it has no fluidity and just seemed slightly awkward. The lazer effects from shooting are nice with a bit of flare but the ship is just too distracting, especially with the back drop colours and it's shifting stars, it actually made me feel like I popped a few acid pills and my eyes were screaming hell Mary's at me!!!
I am sure with a little tweaking something can be done with the ship movement and maybe adjust the detail on the moving back drop. As for gameplay, it's pretty fun! Asteroids spawn with more waves spawning, after uyou wipe out the predecessor's and eventually on the later levels (level 3+) robots spawn which shoot red bullets.  At times the screen can get pretty hectic with so much being drawn, hence at some moments especially on level 5 (the last demo level) you experience plenty of slow down as if someone is purposely pressing a pause button on and off to just piss you off. To add, if you drive out the back drop parameter, you just have a black back drop that hides your ship....kind of ruins the fun.

During the course of destroying the asteroids and robots you collect star dust which can go from generating health to providing ship boosts and coinage to spend on upgrading your ship between levels.  The upgrades are actually prettying intriguing especially when you can makes your ship shoot a hell of a lot faster and more bullets!!!

Sadly Black Hole does not hit the mark for me....yet. I say yet because after all it is a preview build and there is time to fix and tweak things.
If the slow down can be fixed
The ship movement/fluidity can be tweaked
The back drop effect toned down
Black Hole could be something fun for the Ouya, especially at later levels if level 5 already gets exciting and hectic in the early stages.

Unforatnely the most exciting thing for now is at the completion of each level your ship dives in the Black Stinky Hole....where it should stay until it's fixed.

Oh Xbox, can it just be me and my Box!

I'm an avid Xbox fan. I love booting up my 360, checking the friends list of who to invite for a party chat and to play games whilst being like a kid again on the voice comms. From using team work to just plain silly innuendos between each other. My friends/family have such a great laugh online whilst shafting our Counter Strike AK's in each others faces or doing a pencil dive in COD.

I'm going to miss all that next-gen, the lovely Xbox friendly GUI, the simple mechanics of forming a chat group, joining the same game for the late night sessions.
I just can not turn myself for investing in a Xbox One along with no option with Kinect or not. My Friends and Family will be queuing at 00:00 launch for the Launch LAN, whilst I'll be online in my Y-Fronts on the PS4, this boils down to the fact Xbox One is more expensive than a PS4 and has the Kinect included......what if I don't want all the TV features, the motion capture stuff (Kinect one has never interested me), I just want what it says on the tin "a simple gaming machine", a break away from the PC having 5 different applications open (IRC, Mumble, team speak, roger wilco!, etc) and spending 5 hours to tweak settings for the game to run smoothly.

I never liked the PS3, but something about what Sony are doing with Ps4 has me intrigued..... The gaming machine for gamers?!?!?!? Cheaper!?!?!? FTP mmo's?!?!?!?!?

I know what you readers are thinking, " Xbox one is only £70 more..that's just an additional game that's. all!".  You would be right, but it's something about the fact as consumers we can not choose if we want the Kinect features or not....even if it's part of the machine more than a feature.
Only if MS business managers and marketing came up with a simple idea....

1: Xbox One media package at launch (or family pack?) which has Kinect. For those who want to scream at the TV  "XBOX!! CHANGE CHANNEL!!!"while spraying their spit at their lovely LED smart TV (and the neighbours getting peed off from the noise....)

2: Xbox One gamers pack at launch. No Kinect, just simple machine and games (chuck in Ryse or something to really make it about games?!?!?).  Lower the price due to no Kinect as to compete with Sony?

I would be first in the que for my Xbox for the Launch LAN round mine!

What do you think? Do you want just a basic Xbox One for games, are you getting a PS4 instead of certain MS choice for their next gen or do you down right don't care?

The White Throne Of Warmth!

If casual gamers were to understand what the Ouya is or even know of its existence they would have immense fun playing solo or with their friends and family (more so than what the Wii ever offered??).
Many people have stated it’s for gamers from the “days of when games were fun”, I say it’s for people who just want fun and not experienced anything like this.
The magnitude of games, the hours of fun to be had with anything from 2 to 8 players and the ability to use your Xbox 360 and PS3 pads make this a must buy. My friends and family are a hard sell, once I took it round for a session we were up playing Towerfall, BombSquad and other various titles from 8pm till 6am….. It was like we were living back at home playing on our Amiga together again, trash talking and laughing at each others idiotic mistakes. Heck even titles as rigid as Amazing Frog makes me seep from every orifice known to man with laughter and excitement….

Ouya, I pronounce you the King of the White Warmth Throne. This is usually the best seat in my house, but with the Ouya providing so much fun I’m willing to share.

Pre-Order in the bag....taking a chance on Sony

Owning a PS3 since launch and rarely using it apart from the occasional Blu-Ray, I'm more a Xbox fan. The party chat, the social online GUI ease of use and social ascept of Xbox Live I love!  With Sony and MS announcement of their next-gen consoles, there is something about Sony's PS4 that I can not put my finger on....but their doing something right....

I went to the Dark Side!!!!  I obviously can not afford two.... It's just a backup plan in case one store does not get enough allocation pre order units! Always have a plan B when you want to geek it launch night. launch LAN round Gmonk3y's will be elite!

A new blog, a new beginning!

Hi! Welcome to my new blog!

The blog will primarily be about games, gaming industry and what ever geekyness stuff tickles my fancy!
I hope you enjoy reading as much as I will writing it (I hope)!
